Upload Your E-Tickets1. Upload Your E-Tickets

One type of concert ticket is an online ticket, which can be either e-tickets (a printable version) or mobile QR codes accessible on your phone. To transfer these kinds of tickets, send the buyer the downloadable PDFs.

When you resell concert tickets through Lysted, you have access to a Fulfillment page that displays your sales and allows you to transfer tickets directly. This page shows the fulfillment status of your tickets and the in-hand date, which is the deadline for ticket delivery. To transfer e-tickets, go to the ticket sale on the Fulfillment tab and click the Upload Tickets button. Attach proof of transfer after uploading the tickets. This should be a screenshot of the transfer information, including the buyer’s email address.

2. Deliver Mobile Transfers

Mobile transfers are tickets that can be transferred from your account directly to the buyer’s ticket reselling platform account. The order information will include the buyer’s name and email address. Log into the account where your tickets are located and transfer them to the buyer. Provide proof of transfer so we can send you your payment.

If you have wristbands or paper tickets, known as hard tickets, to transfer to a buyer, you may choose to meet in person for the transfer if you know the buyer. Otherwise, tickets are typically sent to the buyer via FedEx or UPS.

When you send your tickets manually, Lysted will provide a shipping label for you. When you are ready to ship the tickets, click the Request Airbill button for the order. We will create the downloadable shipping label and upload it to Lysted, and you will receive an email notification when it is available. Send the tickets immediately after receiving the shipping label to avoid canceling the exchange.

4. Use Automated Fulfillment

Instead of manually transferring the tickets, you can have them automatically sent to the buyer after a sale. Lysted offers free automatic listing and fulfillment services for your convenience. To use automatic listing, enable email forwarding and add your ticket purchasing accounts to Lysted. Email forwarding triggers actions for the system, such as adding a listing after receiving a ticket purchase confirmation email. Adding your ticket purchasing account information allows our system to add barcodes and other relevant information.
