Can’t make it to every Detroit Tigers game? Whether it’s a midweek matchup or you’re out of town for a weekend series, you don’t have to let your seats go unused. Reselling your extra tickets is a great way to earn back some of what you spent. With Lysted, you can list your Tigers tickets in just a few clicks and reach serious buyers across top marketplaces.
You don’t need to bounce between resale sites to get your tickets seen. Lysted automatically posts your listings across thousands of trusted marketplaces, boosting your visibility and helping you reach more buyers. The platform also takes care of price syncing, updates listings when the market shifts, and removes duplicates to keep things clean.
There’s no upfront cost. Lysted only takes a small commission after your tickets sell.
Not all Tigers games have the same value. Matchups against division rivals or Saturday night games usually draw higher prices. Meanwhile, early-season or weekday games might need more flexible pricing.
Lysted watches the market for you. Prices adjust automatically based on buyer demand, team momentum, and other key factors. That way, your tickets stay competitive without you having to constantly check in.
Should you list now or wait? With Lysted, you don’t have to guess. Some games sell better closer to first pitch, while others move faster when posted early. Either way, your prices update in real time to match what buyers are looking for.
List your tickets once and let Lysted handle the timing. You’ll always stay in tune with what the market wants.
When your tickets sell, Lysted delivers them digitally. By default, new sellers get paid 10 days after the event. Once you’ve built a solid transaction history, you’ll unlock preferred payment terms and get paid a few weeks after delivery instead.
It’s all handled online, with no need for in-person handoffs or paper tickets.
Starting this season, most marketplaces now require barcode validation for MLB tickets. This update ensures that the tickets sold are legitimate and eligible for resale.
Here’s what you need to know before listing your Detroit Tigers tickets:
• Your tickets must have visible barcode numbers or include the forward option in your account. You can usually find this by clicking into the ticket or ticket details in your MLB account manager. If your tickets don’t have a barcode or can’t be forwarded, they aren’t eligible for resale on most marketplaces through Lysted. Only Vivid Seats, GoTickets, Ticket Network, and Automatiq B2B are not using barcode integration this season. All other major marketplaces require barcode verification to prevent canceled orders.
• Your listings must match your account exactly. Section and row names must be identical. For example, use “SEC110” not just “110.”
• Avoid restricted tickets like SRO, group sales, student, or discounted tickets. These aren’t eligible for resale through Lysted and will result in canceled orders and penalties.
Making sure your tickets meet these requirements helps keep your listings eligible and your sales secure. For more info on listing MLB tickets, visit our FAQ.
