How Do I List and Sell Tickets?
After creating a Lysted account, you can list your tickets for free. We automatically share your listing with partner sites like Gametime, TickPick, and Tevo. You'll receive a notification when a buyer purchases your tickets, and the automated transfer process will begin. You can check the sales and fulfillment pages to monitor the status of your ticket transfer or to initiate a manual transfer. Once your tickets are sold on any site, all remaining listings are immediately removed to prevent double selling.
Sellers only pay a fee once their tickets are sold. Fees vary based on the location of the sale, as each partner site charges a different rate. Most sellers pay an average of 11% of the sale price, which covers both Lysted's fee and the partner site’s fee. In the event of a cancellation, we work with buyers and sellers to explore resolution options, including refunds.
When Do I Receive Payment for My Ticket Sales?
For new sellers, payment for your tickets will be distributed ten days after the event has ended. If you have a history of successful transactions with us, you’ll receive payment a few weeks after the tickets are delivered. Funds are sent directly to your bank account via Hyperwallet.
For sellers in North America and Europe, transfers typically take one to three business days. In other locations, it may take up to five business days for processing. How Is My Personal Information Protected?
All personal information, including your bank account and home address, is protected through Hyperwallet, a subsidiary of PayPal. Why Do I Have To Verify My Bank Account?
When creating an account with us, you’ll need to verify your banking information to streamline transactions. This ensures ticket profits are deposited directly into your account. To confirm your bank details, we’ll send a small deposit—usually a few cents—which you’ll enter into your Lysted account. Verifying your deposit information helps prevent fraud and ensures accuracy for both buyers and sellers.
