What to Know Before Listing Cleveland Guardians Season Tickets

You got season tickets for a reason. The energy at Progressive Field, summer nights under the lights, and the thrill of a clutch home run are what baseball’s all about. But even the most loyal fans can’t make every game.

When plans change, your seats still have value. With Lysted, you can resell season tickets quickly and easily, turning missed games into money without the extra work.

Check Your Calendar and Get Ahead of It

Start with your schedule. You probably already know which games are tough to make. Maybe it’s a weekday series, a family conflict, or a long homestand.

Once you’ve picked the games you’ll miss, Lysted lets you post your tickets in one step. Upload once, and your seats appear on major resale sites automatically. No multiple accounts. No daily pricing updates. Just a simple way to keep your tickets working for you.

You Don't Need to Set the Perfect Price

Not sure what to charge? That’s taken care of. Lysted uses real-time market data to update prices as demand shifts. Whether it’s a Tuesday night game against the Royals or a weekend matchup with the Yankees, your listing stays competitive.

You don’t need to watch the market or lower prices manually. Lysted keeps everything in sync while you go about your day.

These Games Are Selling Fast Right Now

Some tickets are moving quicker than others. If you’ve got seats to any of the following, you’re already in a strong position to resell:

Saturday night games in late May and June

Lower bowl seats between the bases

Home matchups with the Twins or Tigers

Tickets that are listed three to five days before the game

Buyers are looking for these right now, so don’t wait too long to post.

This Isn't All or Nothing

MLB teams play 162 games every season and about half of those are at home. That means more than 80 chances to be at the ballpark, but life gets busy. No season ticket holder can make it to every single game.

Reselling doesn’t mean giving up your full season. With Lysted, you’re in control. Keep the games you’re excited about and list the ones you’re missing. If your plans change, you can update your listings anytime and keep your season flexible.

MLB Listing Requirements You Should Know

MLB has made some changes this season that affect how tickets are sold across resale platforms. Most marketplaces now require barcode verification to make sure tickets are valid and eligible for resale. This applies to all major platforms except Vivid Seats, GoTickets, Ticket Network, and Automatiq B2B.

To resell season tickets through Lysted, here’s what you need to do:

Your tickets must show a barcode or have the forward option enabled. You can check this by clicking into your ticket details in your team’s account manager.

• Listings must match your ticket details exactly. For example, if your seats are in section SEC10, list them as “SEC10,” not “10” or “Section 10.”

Don’t mask rows or seats. If you list row 10 but your barcode is for row 9, the sale will fail.

No SRO tickets. Standing room tickets aren’t eligible for resale through Lysted this season.

No offsite or third-party parking passes. These aren’t accepted by MLB’s integrated marketplaces and will be canceled.

Don’t list group sales or discounted tickets. These often have resale restrictions and can lead to penalties.

Avoid listing tickets bought from secondary sites. If the platform wasn’t barcode-integrated, there’s no way to guarantee the tickets are valid for resale.

As long as your tickets meet these guidelines, Lysted will verify them and get them listed automatically across approved resale sites. For more info on MLB ticket requirements, check out our FAQ.
